Ground Check.

Who it is for.

A client whose named points cannot be resolved from London: an office that must be visited, a counterparty that must be met, a site or corridor that must be seen.

When to buy it.

Usually after a Shipment File Check or Decision Note has named the points that paper cannot settle. Direct Ground Checks are taken where the question is already field-shaped.

What it checks.

The named points, on the ground, in DRC or Guinea. Registry and office verification in person. Counterparty presence and standing where agreed. Corridor and site observation. Everything scoped in writing before any travel, point by point.

What is delivered.

A written field report against each named point, with an evidence log. Findings graded as in every HAR-CHE engagement. A walkthrough call on delivery.

Fee.

From £15,000, fixed at scoping, plus agreed travel costs. Paid before travel.

Timeline.

Agreed at scoping. Field windows depend on location and corridor conditions, and the scope states the window before payment.

What is excluded.

Security services and escorts. Negotiation on the client’s behalf unless separately mandated in writing. Legal opinions, valuation, assay. Any act that is unlawful where it would be performed. Conflicted files.
