Every task runs a written evidence matrix. Each fact carries its source and method, and is graded confirmed, unconfirmed or contradicted. Nothing informal is reported as established. Findings grade Green, Amber, Red or Black. A Black finding triggers immediate escalation and a pause pending instruction. Where agreed, the output is built to support the instructing firm's own engagement and reporting.
Work runs under NDA, on the instructing firm's paper where preferred. Every instruction is conflict-checked before acceptance, and conflicted files are declined with reasons. Source identities are handled according to the agreed reporting, evidentiary and confidentiality protocol. Client identity beyond the instructing entity can remain protected under the NDA.
Tasking and turnaround.
A task order by email starts it. Conflicts are checked the same day, and a written scope with a fixed fee follows within 24 hours of a complete instruction. Desk verification runs five to ten working days depending on scope. Field tasks are scoped in writing before any travel, with the mobilisation window agreed up front. If the matter is urgent, say so in the first line.
Onboarding before a matter lands.
Most firms prefer coverage in place before the file arrives. A procurement pack is available on request: capability statement, specimen output, rate guide, conflict-check form, compliance and evidence-handling documentation. Completing supplier onboarding in advance allows your team to task the desk without avoidable procurement delay when a DRC or Guinea matter lands.
